III. PREVENTION OF INJURY
Statement - It is very important to note that marching band, by its nature, is a physical activity. There is a great
demand placed on a student to be able to march and play a complete show. It is the belief of the staff that there should
be some proper conditioning on the part of the student, in order to facilitate a strong performance, and to prevent
injury. The following are recommended:
